Report a bug

Use the bug-report bubble in the bottom-right corner of any admin page. It captures the page state and recent console logs so we can reproduce the issue quickly.

For account, billing, or anything urgent: support@stafflo.co.uk. We aim to reply within one working day.

Common things

• Forgot password — sign-in page → "Forgot password?" sends a reset link.
• Invite a recruit — Recruitment → + Invite Recruit. They get a magic-link email.
• Time clock looks wrong — open the event's sign-in sheet and bulk sign out; the time_clock entries close automatically.
• Recruit's contract — Settings → Recruitment → Contract Documents to upload the PDF template.
